Notes: You don’t have to make the icing! Also, instead of icing, perhaps you could try melted chocolate. (We haven’t tried that before, but let us know how it turns out if you do it!) In addition, for those who prefer less sugary cookies, feel free to cut down the amount of sugar in the recipe.
